Michael Nemelka has served NMEAF since 2013. He previously served as the Associate Executive Director, Guarantor Services for the Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority. Michael has extensive background and experience in student loans and receivables management companies. He has his BA from the University of Utah.
Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial Officer
Brad Allpass joined NMEAF in 1999 as the Director of Internal Audit. He’s served as the CFO since 2004 and has stewarded the organization through many changes. He is a CPA and has a BBA and MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Assistant Vice President, Human Resources
Grace Tackman has been with NMEAF since 2011. She supervises the Human Resources, Facilities and Imaging departments. Grace has a background in Human Resources Management and was previously at Heads Up Landscape Contractors. She has a BA from Southwestern University.
Assistant Vice President, Information Technology
Lucas Covington has been with NMEAF since 2012. He provides the overall technical direction, management and leadership for Technology and Information Systems. Lucas has extensive technical expertise and background and previously worked as the Director of Technology & Information Services for the Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. He has a MA in Computer Information Resource management from Webster University and a BA from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
General CounselReginald Storment has served as NMEAF's General Counsel since 1998. He serves as a member of the National Council of Higher Education Resources legal committee and serves on the board of directors for Data Com Industries. He has a Juris Doctor degree from UNM Law School.
