Brad Allpass
President, Chief Executive Officer
Brad Allpass joined NMEAF in 1999 as the Director of Internal Audit. He’s served as the CFO since 2004 and has stewarded the organization through many changes. He is a CPA and has a BBA and MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Reginald Storment
General Counsel
Reginald Storment has served as NMEAF’s General Counsel since 1998. He serves as a member of the National Council of Higher Education Resources legal committee and serves on the board of directors for Data Com Industries. He has a Juris Doctor degree from UNM Law School.
Tracy Rowe
Assistant Vice President, Finance
Tracy Rowe has been with NMEAF since 2002. Tracy served as both Internal Auditor and Controller before heading up the Finance department. Tracy earned both an MBA (Accounting) and a BA (Philosophy) from the University of New Mexico. She is currently a CPA and a CIA.
Grace Tackman
Assistant Vice President, Human Resources
Grace Tackman has been with NMEAF since 2011. She supervises Human Resources, Facilities and the Imaging departments. Grace has a background in Human Resources Management and was previously at Heads Up Landscape Contractors. She has a BA from Southwestern University.
Estevan Martinez
Assistant Vice President, Information Technology
Estevan Martinez has been with NMEAF since 2017. Prior to joining NMEAF, he worked for a leading Managed Service Security Provider in New Mexico. Estevan is an information security leader with proven expertise in risk management initiatives while establishing and enhancing key information security objectives to maximize security and productivity.
